Common questions
How do I search for a home?
Type a city, district, named area or listing reference in the search box, then narrow the results with the filters — budget, property type, bedrooms and more. You can also type what you want in plain words, like “3 bed apartment in North Riyadh under 90k”.
What does “Reviewed by Aqary Link” mean?
An Aqary Link reviewer checked the details the agency provided for that listing against our publishing rules. It is our own review, not a government check, and licence numbers are shown as the agency declared them.
How do I contact an agency?
Open the listing and use Call, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. The form sends your name and number to that agency only, and you get a reference for your enquiry.
Do I need an account?
No. You can search, save homes on this device and send enquiries without one. A free account keeps your saved homes and searches on every device and puts agencies’ replies in one place.
How do saved searches and alerts work?
Save any search and choose how often to hear about new matches: as soon as they are listed, once a day or once a week. You can change or stop an alert at any time from My Aqary, or from the link in every alert email.
How do I compare homes?
Tap “Compare” on up to four homes, then open the comparison to see price, size, rooms, location and features side by side, with the differences highlighted.
A listing looks wrong. What can I do?
Use “Report listing” at the bottom of the listing and tell us what is wrong. Our team reviews every report.
I’m an agency. How do I list a property?
Choose “List your property”, create your agency workspace and add your first listing. Each listing is reviewed before it goes live.
